Informações importantes

Is the ticket included?

The ticket to the Jeronimos Monastery is included and will be provided by the guide. No other ticket or entrance fees are included in this tour.

What is your cancellation policy?

We are cool but not that cool. The paid amount can be refunded at 100% if the customer wants to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour. If a cancellation is made less than the 24h period it is non-refundable. In case of no show / cancellation in the same day, the amount will not be refunded.

I have one (or more) infants. Can we still do the tour?

There is absolutely no problem! Up to 3 years old it’s completely free and between 4 to 12 they have a 20% discount. Logistically speaking we just have to know in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Your guides seem very cool and everything but are they qualified?

The question is quite relevant and makes sense. Our guides have academic studies and most of them are Tourism graduates with full certifications to make our tours. In addition to technical skills, they were hand picked by their charismatic personality, passion for the country and its history and excellent communication skills. We can be cool but we will never neglect or be sloppy when it comes to discipline and professionalism.

I/my relative(s) have a physical disability or walking limitation. Can we avoid rides that have extensive hiking paths?

There are a few stair cases at the Monastery and a possible cue to get acess to the church. All the rest of the experience is on flat ground. The level of difficulty is EASY.

Is there a minimum and maximum number of passengers?

Yes, we have a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 12 for our regular walking tour or guided visit tours. In exceptional cases we may operate with up to 20 people during high season peaks.

Is there Hotel pick-up and drop-off?

No, in this tour the meeting point is at the entrance of the Jeronimos Monastery, at 09h00, and the drop-off will be at the same place 12h00.

Is this a Skip the Line Tour?

The Monastery of Jerónimos doesn't have "SKIP THE LINE" option, but they give priority to guides leading groups, so this tour will have a guide leading the group and using priority entrace
