Are tickets included?
Both tickets to Quinta da Regaleira and Biester Palace are included and will be provided by the guide. No other ticket or entrance fees are included in this tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are cool but not that cool. The paid amount can be refunded at 100% if the customer wants to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour. If a cancellation is made less than the 24h period it is non-refundable. In case of no show / cancellation in the same day, the amount will not be refunded.
I have one (or more) infants. Can we still do the tour?
There is absolutely no problem! Up to 3 years old it’s completely free and between 4 to 12 they have a 20% discount. Logistically speaking we just have to know in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
I/my relative(s) have a physical disability or walking limitation. Can we avoid rides that have extensive hiking paths?
In this especific Sintra Mysterious HALF DAY WALKING TOUR physical disability or walking limitation make this a impossible tour as both Quinta da Regaleira and Biester Palace is all about climbing up and down the gardens around both palaces.The level of difficulty is HARD.
Is there a minimum and maximum number of passengers?
Yes, we have a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 12 for our regular walking tour or guided visit tours. In exceptional cases we may operate with up to 20 people during high season peaks.
Is there Hotel pick-up and drop-off?
No, in this tour the meeting point is at Largo D. Amélia (Stairs of Sintra National Palace) in Sintra, at 09h00, and the drop-off will be at the same place ar 13h00.
