What is your cancellation policy?

We are cool but not that cool. The paid amount can be refunded at 100% if the customer wants to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour. If a cancellation is made less than the 24h period it is non-refundable. In case of no show / cancellation in the same day, the amount will not be refunded.

I have one (or more) infants. Can we still do the tour?

There is absolutely no problem! Up to 3 years old it’s completely free and between 4 to 12 they have a 20% discount. Logistically speaking we just have to know in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Your guides seem very cool and everything but are they qualified?

The question is quite relevant and makes sense. Our guides have academic studies and most of them are Tourism graduates with full certifications to make our tours. In addition to technical skills, they were hand-picked by their charismatic personality, passion for the country and its history and excellent communication skills. We can be cool, but we will never neglect or be sloppy when it comes to discipline and professionalism.

I/my relative(s) have a physical disability or walking limitation. Can we avoid rides that have extensive hiking paths?

On a private tou we can ajust the itinerary to avoid those hiking paths, On this private tour we can adjust the itineraries to avoid difficult paths with a high degree of incline. This adjustment may result in the impossibility of visiting some monuments.

Is there a minimum and maximum number of passengers?

On a private tour, with exclusive transport, as well as the guide, for you and your group, the minimum and maximum number of passengers may be as large as the capacity of the vehicle used, in this case the minimum will be 1 passenger and the maximum 8. For groups larger than 8, please contact us.

Is there Hotel pick-up and drop-off?

Plus d'informations

The crown jewel, multi-award winning and best-selling tour, this is a classic experience that can't be missed once in Lisbon. It's a breathtaking trip, with jaw-dropping views and mystical locations. We begin this unforgettable journey with a trip to Sintra, Lord Byron's “Glorious Eden”, one of the most charming and picturesque villages of Portugal. Sintra was the summer site of the Portuguese Royal Family and we propose to start the day with a visit to the historic center of Sintra, a UNESCO heritage site since 1995. Through narrow and very sloping streets, there are several stunning sceneries you’ll discover, and there’s also time to taste the famous Travesseiros of Sintra. The second stage of the day takes us to Quinta da Regaleira, one of the most popular and enigmatic palaces of Sintra. The ticket is included, and with the guidance from the guide, walk through the magnificent and sumptuous gardens, including the ex-libris that is the Iniciatic Well. Next the destination is the majestic Pena Palace, an unique fairy tail residence surrounded by an immense park of 85 hectares at the top of the Serra de Sintra. The priority is to enjoy the gardens and wander through lakes, greenhouses, viewpoints and gardens. The ticket is not included and the visit is in free mode. After the visits in Sintra we drive the narrow and beautiful roads of Sintra towards Cabo da Roca, internationally known as the "westernmost point of continental Europe". The stop is short but the landscapes are to run out of breath. We finally went to Cascais enjoying the beautiful landscapes, among which, the beach that was the setting for a James Bond film. The last stop is in Cascais, an elitist and chic hotspot, which was in the 20th century a haven during World War II for several royal families from all over Europe. A full day!
